Shipping information

  • Please note that during busy periods shipping times may be affected and you may have to check with your preferred courier as to their deadlines.
  • We offer tracked delivery (select it at checkout)
  • All orders are shipped directly from our UK warehouse within 24 hours of the order being placed.
  • Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped out Monday.
  • Please note that we are unable to make any changes or cancellations once the order has been placed. Once the order has arrived, please contact us on sales@contrastjewellery.com if you have any questions.

Late or lost orders

Any order discrepancies relating to missing and/or lost items must be reported to us in writing via email at sales@contrastjewellery.com. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch (25 working days for international items) - this is when Royal Mail classes items as being lost.

Please note that we are unable to make any changes or cancellations once the order has been placed. Once the order has arrived, please contact our Customer Support Team at sales@contrastjewellery.com and we will be happy to help.

Returns

We offer a 30 day exchange or refund guarantee. This 30 day window begins after an order has arrived with the customer.

Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. We recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method, or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot refund/exchange lost returns.

Orders sent back to the warehouse after the 30 day exchange or refund window has passed will be returned to the customer.

How do I request an exchange or refund?

  • To start a refund please email your order number and refund/exchange request and reason to sales@contrastjewellery.com. A member of the team will be in touch within 24 hours to help you resolve your refund or exchange. 

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • Items must not be worn/damaged. Trying on the item will still make you eligible for a return..
  • All tags and packaging must be included.

Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible.

Refund Policy

We will refund your order to the original payment method once it has been processed at the warehouse.

  • Please be aware this can take 7-14 days after the order arriving. You will be notified once a refund has been made.
  • We are unable to refund purchases to a different payment method than the one used to purchase the items.
